MTcompany thanks you for placing your trust in us and we promise to treat your personal data with care. Information provided to MTcompany will not be disclosed to third parties.
In order to provide you with good service, we need information from you in some cases. For example, if you register for a training course, the MTcompany newsletter or a mini-course, personal data such as your name and e-mail address will be stored. We do not pass this data on to third parties, but only use it for services you have specifically requested, such as when you have indicated that you want to receive news by e-mail. When we email a newsletter or mini-course, there is always a link at the very bottom of the email to simply unsubscribe. We don’t want to spam you, of course.

2.2 MTcompany does not pass on any information to third parties

MTcompany does NOT disclose its clients’ personal information to parties outside the organization. Within the organization, however, personal data can be exchanged. We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law.

2.4 How does MTcompany update its Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be amended in the interim to disclose changes and subsequent implications for obtaining and managing data. We reserve the right to make changes to the way we handle data and to modify the terms described in this Privacy Policy and to apply those modifications to all of your data. When you visit our website, you agree to the then current terms of the Privacy Policy.

2.5 Updating data

You have the right to view, amend or delete your personal data. If you have questions or comments about personal data processing, please send a request to info (@) mark tigchelaar.com.
MTcompany wants to make sure that you made the request for access yourself. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request for inspection, correction or deletion. To protect your privacy, black out the following fields: passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number.
MTcompany will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

2.6 Right to complain

Internal treatment
If you have complaints about the way (personal) data is processed, MTcompany will be happy to help you resolve them by mutual agreement. Complaints can be sent in writing to Sint Willibrordusstraat 10, 1074 XL, Amsterdam ovv Klacht.
Personal Data Authority
Under the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority about our processing of your personal data. You can contact the Personal Data Authority for this purpose. More information about your right to complain can be found on the Authority’s website.
